INGREDIENTS: 1/2 medium-sized onion 1 tsp ginger, grated 12 thinly sliced ginger strips 400 g/1 lb ground meat 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1 egg salt and pepper vegetable oil for frying (sweet sour sauce) 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1/4 cup water 1 1/2 tbsp potato starch
